Healthcare Information
The general SDG Medical & Healthcare Solutions website is a business information platform and is not a patient portal. SDG does not request or intentionally collect protected health information, patient medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, insurance information, or other patient-specific medical information through the general website.
Visitors should not submit protected health information through general website communications. Any future service designed to process patient or regulated health information will operate under separate privacy, security, contractual, and regulatory requirements appropriate to that service before such information is collected.
Sterling AI
Visiting the Sterling AI website does not automatically submit visitor information to an artificial intelligence model. SDG does not intend to use website visitor information to train AI models unless such processing is expressly disclosed and legally authorized.
Any future Sterling AI product that allows users to intentionally submit prompts, documents, datasets, business information, or other content will be governed by separate or supplemental data-use and service terms appropriate to that product.
United States Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information; to opt out of certain processing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to receive equal treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights.
SDG does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not process website visitor information for targeted advertising. SDG may take reasonable steps to verify a privacy request and may require an authorized agent to provide documentation of authority.
